Neil has been appointed as Music Director designate for Wimbledon Choral Society. He will take up his new post in September 2009. www.wimbledon-choral.org.uk

Cardiff Polyphonic Choir will be performing Mendelssohn's Elijah in St David's Hall on Saturday July 19th as part of the Welsh Proms. They will combine with the Cardiff Ardwyn Choir and the Philharmonia Chorus under Owain Arwel Hughes with Bryn Terfel as the baritone soloist.

Neil will also be a guest tutor on the Association of Irish Choirs Summer Conducting Course in Dublin from August 18-22. http://www.cnc.ie/content/blogcategory/7/27/.

Cardiff Polyphonic Choir performed at the Queen Elizabeth Hall on Friday May 16th 2008 as part of the 'Chorus' festival on the South Bank. They performed a programme of Spanish music with the chamber choir Coro Cervantes under Carlos Fernandez Aransay. Included in the concert was the first UK performance of Granados' Cant de les estrelles (Song of the stars) with the pianist Douglas Riva.

Neil has been invited to be a guest tutor in choral conducting at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama from January 2008.

Cardiff Polyphonic Choir featured on BBC Radio 4's Sunday Service on Sunday February 3rd. They have also recorded two programmes for BBC Radio 2's Sunday Half Hour to be broadcast in June 2008 and January 2009.
